"Horrible service! I don't care what anyone says about this company. The miscommunication, attitude and just whole staff has been nothing but difficult. We had a few nice ones but overall the experience of having a wreck with statefarm as your insurance provider is something I don't recommend! I used the app as they advertise and say is safe and easy to use! My payments were lost and missed. my info wasn't updated til weeks later and the staff were rude when I pointed it out to them! Was never told by statefarm how the app worked and had a rude lady get attitude because i wasn't made aware by THEIR company that THEIR app didn't work. It got to the point I just canceled my policy because trying to work with then was just too much! Especially after a wreck! They don't communicate with the other branches or departments of their company and I was left confused and on the phone for hours at a time trying to figure out my claim. Was transfered to multiple agents and when you call the local office they don't know either! Or you get told different things each agent you talk to! finally got answers and got it figured out! But it wasn't what I expected or hoped! Hopefully no one has to go through what I did!"
